LONDON, ENGLAND – 18 Oct – limofoundation.org today announced that it has joined the Wholesale Applications Community (WAC) as an Associate Participant with a view to congregate developers around a robust application distribution ecosystem and an unrivalled addressable market.All future releases of the LiMo Platform will support the WAC runtime, thereby enabling LiMo developers to distribute their applications across multiple WAC compliant stores.

THE HAGUE, NETHERLANDS – 26 July – limofoundation.org and GNOME Foundation today announced a key partnership with the objective of collaborating closely on open source software innovation. Starting immediately, limofoundation.org will become a member of GNOME Foundation’s Advisory Board and GNOME Foundation will become an Industry Liaison Partner for limofoundation.org. This development represents a natural formalization founded upon the significant use of GNOME Mobile software components within Release 2 and Release 3 of the LiMo PlatformTM.
